The only profiling we do with user data is the collection of contact information including name and address details in order to send the customer their goods. There will not be any automated decision making taking place at any point on the site, nor any further profiling.
Refund Policy –
Returns –
Thank you for shopping at www.totally-floored.co.uk. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note we will not issue a refund if you simply “change your mind”, however we will of course issue a refund in the event of a fault with the product under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Refunds –
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping –
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Policy –

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
Shipping costs are available at a flat rate throughout the UK. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
